Derek & Tracy Dombeck

In 2003, Derek and Tracy Dombeck began their real estate investment journey. After experiencing significant losses in the 2007 downturn, they sought guidance from educators and mentors to learn how to acquire assets and expand their business without relying on banks.

Derek Dombeck

As a successful investor, national speaker, and International best-selling author Derek Dombeck has surfed the ups and downs of the market since 2003.

Derek’s expertise ranges from creative deal structuring, wholesaling, flipping, and land lording, to lending and investing throughout the years. He has been involved in thousands of transactions in his career; and what sets him apart is his love for people and their success.

Derek has an uncanny gift for problem solving and negotiating; and he enjoys using his gifts and knowledge to help people, sometimes when they have nowhere else to turn. This is why he is a founding member of The Generations of Wealth. This is a platform where real estate investors have access to resources that help grow their businesses as well as improve their visions for their personal lives.

Having a clear Vision is Derek’s guiding light for all his life and business decisions. Derek has co-founded a private lending company, a real estate acquisition company and hosts several national mastermind groups called REI Circle of Trust.

Carl Fischer


Carl Fischer is a Cornell University graduate and third-generation real estate developer. Carl began his investing career in the 1970s when he was employed as a rocket scientist at Kennedy Space Center in Cape Canaveral, Florida. He is presently one of the founders and principals of CAMA Self-Directed IRA, LLC (dba CamaPlan). CamaPlan is a national company headquartered in Ambler, PA..Carl has implemented plans and managed over 20 million dollars in real estate transactions. His real estate investments include commercial and residential properties, including real property, notes, and mortgages. He has increased his net worth and controlled many endeavors with the self-direction tools available.

Bill & Kim Cook


Bill and Kim are a husband-and-wife real estate investing team.  Bill creatively constructed his first deal in 1990 in Shreveport, Louisiana.  He and Kim have been teaching other investors to do the same since 1997.  They became full-time real estate investors in 1998.

Their core belief is that real estate investing is not about buying, selling, or renting houses.  It’s about helping people solve their real estate problems!

Their investment portfolio consists of single-family rental homes, mobile homes, and a small mobile home park.  In addition, they own notes, options, stocks, and precious metals.

Kandas Broome


Kandas is a natural born and raised Integrator full-time, and Business Coach for Visionary and Integrators. She works with Visionaries to extract and clarify their vision, works with Integrators to efficiently and effectively enforce the vision, while helping the team develop and deepen dynamics for success.  

Kandas began her career with Larry Goins in June of 2004 as a loan officer with Larry’s old Finance and Hard Money Company, and has since served in every role across all or their entities at some point in time.  

She has contributed for years to the speaking and real estate education industry in many capacities including event planning, coordination, direction, marketing, office management, operations, executive administration, sales and other roles. With The Goins Group, Neighborhood Housing Group, Investors Rehab, Bryson City Storage, and BRAG Radio Network, Kandas has been the Integrator. She and Larry co-hosted the BRAG Radio Show that aired on WBT Talk Radio as a show and as a podcast, currently she serves employees in the day-to-day of each company, is Larry’s right-hand and his business partner with some projects. 

Jeffery Watson


Jeffery S. Watson is an Ohio attorney who has had an active trial and hearing practice for over 30 years.  As a trial lawyer, he has a unique perspective on real estate investing, wealth building and asset protection.  He has tried over 20 civil jury trials and has handled thousands of contested hearings.  Jeff has changed the law in Ohio 5 times via litigation or legislation.


As a real estate investor since 1994, investing in both residential and commercial properties Jeff has been through multiple market cycles.  He currently represents established real estate investors in commercial and residential matters when the transactions involve self-directed retirement accounts.  He is a recognized thought leader and innovator in the field of real estate and note investing, wealth building and self-directed retirement account transactions. Thousands of investors have used documents created by Jeff to invest in notes or properties.

Lindsey Jensen


Lindsey Jensen, is a wife and a mother of two.

She decided to become a real estate investor and start building long term wealth and freedom for herself and her future family. Now with that family here, she's living out what she started building back in the early 2000s. She began as a loan officer, and worked as an account executive for lenders. By age 24, she owned two houses and was a landlord to her first house.

In 2016, Lindsey's real estate investing world expanded as she began to learn about a whole new array of fantastic ways to purchase real estate through creative deal making. In December of that year, she made her first creative deal with a 0% seller finance deal.

Since then, she has grown her portfolio to over 30 properties, most of which are single-family, but not all. Lindsey Jensen is a landlord to over 70 doors, and to help manage these, she built her own professional landlord company which allows her to master lease properties.

Maria Giordano

Maria is a full-time real estate investor. She initially got her start doing Airbnb, fix-n-flip properties, then moved to buy and hold and later to spec builds and land development. In a former life, Maria was a trauma nurse working days, nights, weekends, holidays and not seeing much of her family. She has been a divorced single mother, her oldest daughter is disabled and she knows all too well what it was like to have more month than money.

She learned early on that real estate was the answer, creating more millionaires and billionaires than any other industry. Maria has been featured on ABC News’ Nightline, Good Morning America, The Wall Street Journal, Investor's Business Daily and various other publications. Maria, along with her husband Gary, are the authors of 4 books and speak nationally on real estate investing.

Pete Youngs

Pete is a successful investor; business owner, author, coach, mentor and lecturer dedicated to helping others to achieve their goals as investors and real estate entrepreneurs. He is the President of North Metro REIA, President Metrolina REIA and has a monthly column in Real Estate Success Magazine, Real Estate Investor Publication, Real Estate Investing Today and is a participating supporter of Habitat for Humanity,  National REIA, THE HOME DEPOT and other various groups.

Pete Youngs' expertise is teaching people how to rehabilitate properties for a fraction of the normal estimated cost. His knowledge and ability to get the highest quality results for the lowest possible price earned his companies such prestigious renovation contracts as the living quarters at the 1996 Atlanta Summer Games, (can’t say Olympics) Courtyard By Marriott Hotels, two different contracts within international communications giant MCI, Publix Distribution Center, and hundreds of single and multi-family homes nationwide.

Michael McCloskey

As the former VP of operations and Director of Learning for globally recognized companies, I’ve been fortunate enough to be a part of amazing teams over the years. Trust, collaboration, and that unstoppable feeling - it’s magic. So, how do you design a winning team to drive results? Is it more about raw talent or chemistry?

How do you scale that design across the organization so productivity soars and your culture thrives? I love teaching and sharing the talent optimizing skills and assessments that help our clients achieve their strategic plans.

Tom Berry

Growing up in Appalachia, Tom always knew he wanted to be a businessman. For Tom, a career in business seemed like the only way to escape the generational poverty he saw all around him. As the son of a coal miner, Tom did not attend college but instead chose to work his way up the corporate ladder in sales and management. Before long, he realized he had developed a strong resume as a turnaround manager.

Taking positions managing a company, store, or department that was not profitable and turning them profitable. After several of these positions, he acquired the skills and knowledge to go on his own and started his own financial services firm. After acquiring 18 state and federal licenses covering life and health insurance, property and casualty insurance, mortgages, and securities sales, Tom and his wife built a business by helping families plan and implement efficient finance and investing strategies to enable them to reach their goals.

In 2006 Tom and his wife decided to move their family and business from their small rural community in Ohio to the much larger market of Houston, TX. While this seemed like a fantastic opportunity, no one foresaw the financial crisis that crushed their business the following year. After losing everything they had worked for and saved, Tom decided to start a different type of business as a real estate professional. Starting with nothing, he acquired over 400 rental units in the next four years and has since bought and sold hundreds of houses and commercial properties.
